- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible service. My family was with state farm for years! No loyalty. Rate constantly goes up without explanation. Whatever girls work in the office are either not trained well or just don't care to do their job. On countless occasions I was charged incorrectly and student discounts were not put on my account after I submitted the proper paperwork. The list goes on. Not only this, but when I decided to drop my insurance with them to get insurance with another company, I called them to cancel and asked them to fax my cancellation to the other party. They did so, but a few weeks later they reported me to the state for not having insurance. This was not true. I got insurance with a different company the day I dropped them. I wouldn't recommend doing service with them at all. They do not care about the customer. Worse service I've ever had.By Alexis Malone, July 07, 2017
