  I love this branch! Jackie is a phenomenal manager and always is ready to assist when needed. Even though the branch is short staffed, they hold their own!

  Worst bank I have ever dealt with. I deposited my check on the phone app said it was accepted so I used my card then the next day I look and I'm negative cause it was rejected cause I didn't sign the back when I did. They charged me over draft fees and everything when it's there fault

  Just left there after waiting almost an hour to speak to the branch manager concerning a job. She came out of her office with her purse and keys and told me she did not have time to speak with me. Very unprofessional of her! Also while waiting there was only one teller with a line of people waiting out the door. Could not believe what I was seeing. Upset customers. Not to mention there are no African American faces working at that perticular branch. That says a lot about the pelican state!!!!!
